[ As Doctor Brew Summer Ale ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus, flowers, grass, buttery hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, buttery hops, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150828]

Bottle from Cornelius. Hazy amber body with a fluffy off-white head. Faint lacing. Aroma of toffee and apple peel. Flavour of dusty malts, powdery apple and caramel. Thin to medium body with a watery texture. Lively fizz. Quite raw.

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours clear golden with a medium off white head. Aroma of light citrus, light grapefruit, light orange and light biscuity malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015. Bottle. Slightly unclear orange golden color, average sized off-white head. Aroma is malts, nicely grassy hops, lightly fruity. Tastes the same: malts, nicely hoppy, decent bitterness. Decent body and carbonation.

Sampled @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015 Milchig trübes dunkel goldenes Bier mit einer geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch aromatisch hopfig, viele Citrusfrüchte. Geschmack leicht hofpig, Citrusfrüchte, milder Abgang.
