Barwa bursztynowa, lekko zamglone, piana biała, umiarkowanie obfita, jako tako się trzyma. W aromacie cytrusy, żywice, iglaki. W smaku jest dość wyraźna podbudowa słodowa, nieco karmelu, do tego nuty cytrusów, ziół, iglaków i żywic, niezbyt intensywne, Goryczka średnia, przyjemna, wysycenie w normie, pijalność poprawna. Brakuje konkretniejszego uderzenia chmielu, szczególnie w aromacie no i trochę strona słodowa za bardzo się ujawnia, a piwo z racji nazwy i stylu przecież miało być lekkie, orzeźwiające. Nie jest złe, ale jakieś szczególnie dobre to też nie.

Cellar clean out session Pt Deux. Amarillo, Mosaic and Galaxy hops. Very light haze on this gold beer, good fluffy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. A light bretty tone here. Floral bitterness. Nice lemony - orange citrus. Light and floral bitter finish. Okay.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ pre TEODRBSG15 ] @ fonefan & Brugmansia House, Denmark. [ As Doctor Brew Sunny Ale ].Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, flowers, tropical fruit, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, flowers, citrus, tropical fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150828]

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours light hazy orange with a medium off white head. Aroma of citrus, light tropical fruits, weeds, light malt and light orange. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter with a juicy hop finish in the palate. Light to light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Hopfiger, hell würziger Antrunk, spritzig, die Hopfigkeit steigt leicht, Süßlich, spritzig, nur geringe Bitterkeit zum Ende. Gelungen. 8/9/9/9/8/9

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and rather hoppy - grapefruit. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 280815

Bottle, 5.2%. Unclear dark amber/brown with small tan head. Aroma is malt, fruit, caramel, hop and grapefruit. Flavour is malt, caramel, hop, medium sweet, little grapefruit, little pine, little toasted and medium bitter.

Sampled @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015 Trübes orangegoldenes Bier mit einer geringen leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr hopfig, grasig bitter, Karamell. Geschmack sehr hopfig, Karamell, grasig bitter, leicht nussig im Abgang.

Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015. Bottle. Slightly hazy orange color, small off-white head. Nice fruity hoppy aroma. Taste malts, fruit bitter, moderately bitter, nice hoppyness. Perhaps a bit low bodied, but dutiable carbonation and I quite like it actually.
