We`re continued to experiment with the technology of "sour-kettle", as a result to present our version of the light and refreshing Gose.
Restrained hop aromatics Mosaic and Enigma, the inherent addition of spicy coriander and salt, gave an interesting bouquet of flavors, nice harmony with the characteristic acidity in the finish.
And in spite of the winter, Salty Dog, it symbolizes our idea that beer is not afraid of the seasons, as well as an experienced sailor is not afraid of storms. In the end, why light and tasty beer should be drunk only in the summer, when you can drink all year round?

Аромат хмелевой, даже слишком сильный для данного тиля, немного кислый и фруктовый от хмеля. Цвет немного мутный, пены почти нет. Вкус питкий, снова на первом месте хмель и легкие специи. Средняя карбонизация. В послевкусие явно не хватает соли. Ощущается лимонная кислота. В целом неплохо, но слишком хмелевой.

Bottle@Kahdet Kasvot, Tampere. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is lemon, some green apple skins, mild salt and a bit herbal tones. Flavour is apples, citrus and some midl wooden tones with a bit salty elements to it.

Tap @ Borefts. Blonde. Gooseberries in the aroma, sour flavor with a hint of salt and lemon and gooseberries. Nice.

Keg at Beercap, Minsk. Hazy golden, small head. Aroma of lemon and apple peels. Dry with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Apples and lemon. Low bitterness.

Nagy, tartós hab, borostyán szín. Citromos, sós, enyhén fűszeres illat. Kissé sós és savanykás, fűszeres ízvilág, leheletnyi citrommal. Könnyű, közepesen szénsavas, alig keserű. Nem rossz, de nem eléggé gose-s.

Keg at Borefts 2016. Pours hazy golden yellow with an off white head. Aromas of citrus, lemon zest, lime, pale & sweet malts, salty, doughy yeast. Taste is sweet then tart, salty, lemon zest & lime. Light to medium body with soft carbonation. Dry, salty finish.

bottle at home, Golden orange beer, small head. Aroma is wheat, slight tart, spice, coriander. Taste is the same, sweetish with some tart, no salinity though. nice one.
