Kicsi, gyorsan elolvadó hab, sötétvörös szín. Vörösboros, savanykás, meggyes, enyhén istállós illat. Savanyú, meggyes, istállós, vörösboros, hordós, gabonás ízek. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas, nem keserű. Nagyon finom.

12 oz poured on draft at Bottleworks, Seattle. I feel like all my Upright enjoyment comes from this establishment. I really. Eed to get back to the brewery soon. Solid, classic kriek here, so in find it amazing from the very start. Dark, clean ruby pour. Beautiful appearance. Mild tart red cherry nose. Flavor is mellow on the sour as well, but it creeps up late. Both a fresh and sour cherry taste. Mild bite. Most excellent.

Bottle thanks to Sarah! Pours a slightly hazy deep red with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dry red wine and sour cherry with a hint of earthiness underlying. Flavor has dry sour cherry with a good amount of red wine and a lot of tannins.

750ml bottle from The Gull LRS shared with Jamey and Brad. Pours a clear purple with a roes-ish head. Aroma is sweet cherries and oak notes. Taste is funky, some oak, some sweet cherries (the taste is not sweet, though). Nice and good balanced.

Bottleshare: pours red with a small white head. Aroma is woody, winy, vinegar, cherries. Taste is funky and bitter. Nice sour feel on the mouth. Woody notes in the taste too. Quite good.

750ml bottle at bottle share. Pours out a nice burgundy color with small pink head. Aroma kicks off with big tart cherries, and some earthy wood notes. Cherries follow through to taste, a fair amount of pucker, more of the barrel coming through.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark burgundy with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of tart cherries, wild yeast, some dry cherry skins, and oak (slightly hinting at vinous qualities). Flavour matches this complexity, with lots of fruity dry cherry skins, oak barrels, light vinous notes and some wild yeast. Super cherry-dominated in the best way possible, with a bone dry, oaky, and lightly acetic finish. Fantastic stuff.

Purplish colour, hazy. I like the cherry nose, with a touch of tartness. Tart, touch butryic, some cherry...there’s a sharp acidity, ok balance but for that butryic stuff. A bit of a candyish note. Not as refined as some of the other ones from this brewery, but a good, tasty beer.

Tasting at Matt’s
Dark purple color, hazy. Aroma of cherry pits and fresh red wine. Nice mouthfeel because it still has some residual sweetness, nice cherry fruitiness, combined with medium-high acidity and some astringency; the cherry juice is thick and very nice.
Excellent.

Bottle thanks to Matt. Pours clear deep ruby red, minimal head or lacing. Aroma is cherry, Brett funk, oak, a hint of mushroom. Flavor is about the same, damn musty mushroom thing interfering with what is otherwise a xolid beer. Light plus body.
