Bouteille 750ml, bottle share. Couleur rouge foncé trouble, absence de mousse. Arôme de cerise, levures sauvages, ketchup. Goût de cerise, acidité faible, légère astringence. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen.

750 ml bottle. Pours a somewhat cloudy reddish color with a medium white head. A big sweet cherry oak nose. A huge sweet cherry flavor, a bit vinous and funky, rich tannic cherry skins. Really juicy and natural. This is a lovely beer.

750ml bottle picked up at upright brewing Portland. Pours out a red maroon topped with a pink head. Nose is big cherries funky tart barrel. Taste is more of the cherries tartness funk barrel notes. Wow this is awsome.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a dark ruby with small off white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong cherry skin, candy, oak, funk. Thin body, sweet cherry, funk, oak, light tartness, really enjoyed this.

Bottle - Light cherry and some funk. Cloudy reddish with a small white head. Light cherry notes and a touch of berry. Nice but a bit too subtle.

[2/1/16] Draught at City Beer in San Francisco. Lovely deep red color. Aroma of cherries, wood, funk, a bit of caramel, marzipan, cobwebs, kinda oaky. Tart flavor, funky, with cherries, oak, spicy hints, caramel note and a vinegar note. Medium-bodied. Great.

Tap at City Beer. Lovely, glowing, hazy crimson with lace. Persistent bubbles. Black cherry yogurt nose with a bit of almond. Lovely flavor of cherry, yogurt, dust, grapefruit. Nose could be bolder, otherwise great.
