Tap @ Mikkeller, Aarhus. Hazy dark orange with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, alcohol and moderate hoppy - fruity and citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish with warming alcohol. Oily. 120916

Tap @ Mikkeller, Aarhus. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden and little hazy. Aroma and taste are rich fruits, hops, flowers, pine, caramel and has a nice long balanced bitter finish.

Palais est malté, lourd niveau de la base grains, houblonné tropical, épicé et léger pamplemousse.Reste épais en bouche et finemetn huileux. Les 10%+ ne passent pas inaperçus.

Draught Yellow, dense, medium head over fully hazy bright orange beer. Catty hops, ureum, orange, resin. Very catty & resiny hops, orangemarmalade. Bit of caramel underneath, but quite a lot of sweetness. Very slick to viscous, hopoily. Feels better carbonated than it looks. Good IIPA, just a tad too sweet. And too catty.

Keg at Hops & Glory. It pours hazy deep red - amber with a medium beige head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, stewed orange, sticky, orange blossom, tango, fruit cake and pine needles. The taste is bitter - sweet, sticky, pine needles, resin, blood orange, grapefruit, marmalade, some floral notes, warming alcohol, mild astringency, wood and toffee with a dry, boozy finish. Medium + body and fine, soft carbonation. Not exactly what I would call a triple ipa, more of a strong ale. Pretty decent.

Hazy deep gold - amber beer, tidy cream colour head. Smooth softish malts, mildly sweet. Resinous marmalade. Hop spice. Ripe passion fruit turning slightly bitter. Hop skunk. Soft semi dry finish. Spicy skunky linger. It’s rich and ripe and tasty but stand this up next to a Cloudwater DIPA and there is a big gap.

Gylden brun lett tåkete med fingerhøyt beige skum. Lukter sydhavsfrukter, fersken og grape. Fyldig. Mye bitterhet, sitrusskall. Alkoholen er der, men godt skjult. Noe plommer. Bitterheten sitter lenge.
