[ As Gruibingener Meister-Bock ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, pale malt, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, bread, sweet malt, sugary, cardboard notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150829]

Vielen Dank an kevnic2008! Klare kastanienbraune Farbe, fingerbreite leicht beige Schaumkrone. Geruch kräftig malzig, Karamell, süß. Geschmack röstmalzig süß, viel Karamell, schokoladig, kaum alkoholisch.
