Can, at Tradition. An almost black one, with a small beige head. Roasted, lightly burnt aroma with some dark chocolate and coffee grit. Hints of prune. It's full bodied and nicely carbonated, quite dry and lightly warming. Roasted malts, toffee and burnt malts in the flavor, some sweetness and a suitable bitterness level. Dark dried fruit and brown sugar towards the finish. A quite classic imperial stout that gets too sweetish toffee-ish with some warmth. 240723

Draught. Pitch black colour, mediumsized foamy head. Aroma is floral, some mild toffeeish and wooden tones along with mild spices, some alcohol and mild plummy tones. Flavour is toffeeish, some roasted notes, spices, alcohol and some syrupy and ripe plummy sweetness. Smooth and quite a nice one!

Can 33 cl. Pours a deep brown with a faint, orangey hue and a huge and frothy, beige head. Sweet roasty nose, vanilla touch. Just a little more than a medium body, roasty with a malty tartness. Bitter finish. Straight if somewhat mediocre Imperial Stout. 080123

On tap at Craft Room, shared with Mlađo. Black, very dark, black, creamy head, tan foam. Aroma is intensely roasty, quite hoppy, surprisingly. Herbal, some pine, reminds me of black IPA. Not reminiscing an Imperial Stout, oddly enough. Very light alcohol. Deep toast! Extremely tasty, thick, silky, some alcohol warmth, very nicely balanced, very smooth, oily, thick, very roasty finish. Makes a real stoutish atmosphere, very serious, very direct. Finishes very dry, flavours are nutty, some caramel, maybe brown sugar. Packed with everything! Well done, creamy and smooth. 8,5% alcohol is just right here.

On tap at 4. Opatovina Beer Fest, shared with Marko. Pitch black coloured, medium sized brown head, roast and cocoa/chocolate nose. Roasted malt, chocolate, cocoa, noticable alcohol and notes of oranges with rather bitter chocolate finish. Well done.

Tap at Opatovina Beer Fest. Pitch black, beige head. Lovely aroma, orange liqueur mixing with chocolate. Smooth taste, ending dry, medium body... Chocolate and bitter orange. Excellent, seems far underrated! If it used to be bad... now it simply isn't. Almost a 4!

Black with thin soapy head. Aroma and flavour have some roasted malts and chocolate. There's a little prickle of spice in the finish.
