Keyaki. Light hop aroma, grassy, lemon. Taste is decent, bit of biscuit, nice. Solid like most Kamiya beers.

Tap @ Oedo beer festival. Pours hazy orange, some white foam. Nose is light, tart and mainly wheaty. Tastes also lightly tart, wheaty, smooth and easy-drinking. A bit grainy linger before the finish.

500ml bottl from the brewery. Chateau Kamiya Ushiku White 5% A lightly opaque gold with a filmy white head. I thought it was a witbier so the bright lime citrusy hop bouquet complemented by wheat took me by surprise. I guess it is more of an American Wheat. The beer has a medium to light body and dry zesty citrus character with soda bread maltiness. I paired it with a yuzu macaron, which drew out the lime and citrus notes which made it quite bright and easy drinking. Great little pairing, since coming to Japan and discovering Sadaharu Aoki's macaroni I've becoming partial to them. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Keyaki Fall 2015. Hazy gold color with an off-white head. Aromas of papaya, mango and citrus with some light grain. Full-bodied with a well-rounded mouthfeel, but maybe a tad heavy. --- Beer merged from original tick of Ushiku White on 21 Sep 2015 at 15:00 - Score: 7

Tap at Nakanoshima Craft Beer Picnic. Glowing orange-golden color, cloudy, with lace. Nice nose of mango, orange, wheat crackers, grapefruit. Creamy, smooth and full. Good.
