Clear deep copper color, decent off-white creamy head. Aroma of wood and alcohol. Medium-bodied. Sweetish malty, alcoholic and woody. Quite boozy and straightforward "bock".

Pours dark amber with a small head.Nose shows loads of caramel and rich malts, with some soft spicy hops and solvent-like alcohol in there too.More sweet malt and golden sugar as flavours, but also a whack of hot/solvent-like alcohol and industrial notes, like glue.Carbonation is way too high.Pretty bad stuff!

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, amber colour with a medium-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Sweet caramel-malty and slightly nutty aroma with notes of marzipan and alcohol. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, full bodied with a light carbonation, hence the slightly sticky mouthfeel. Cara-malty, slightly bready taste with notes of liquorice; sweet and slightly bitter finish with hoppy notes and a present alcoholic burn. Not that bad, neither really good. 20.XII.10

Bottle 50cl. @ Chriso’s pre GBBF Shindig ’09.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, candy foam banana, straw and apple notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090801]

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
