330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Unspecific fruity hoppy and unspecific fruity malty aroma, maybe due to the amaranth, a herbal hoppy touch. Taste is moderately sweet malty, floral sweet-ish grainy, fresh grassy and minimally herbal hoppy overtones; slightly bitter and mineral, chalky finish. Has a genuine touch possibly due to the amaranth used, matching hoppy overtones remind me of fresh Tettnanger. Wouldn’t make me wonder if future ratings of this beer conglomerate around a positive pole "nice and interesting experiment" and a negative one called "homebrew with low-budget ingredients". I tend to the positive side, but could have had the opposite inclination on another day just as well.

Bottle. Hazy gold with a thin head. Aroma is fruity like a Belgian ale. Flavour is dry herbal, some sugar fruit leading to a really interesting bitterness that fills the back of the mouth and lingers, makes the mouth water.
