Tap at 1020. Deep orange-brown, cloudy, with a low, fine head. Estery fruity nose, stone fruits, grapefruit, and lots of piny resins. Sweet stewed fruit flavor, cinnamon, very bitter and resinous, light chocolate and caramel. The hops are very bitter, resinous, and dirty. Solid without taking me anywhere exciting.

On tap at CBM Jimbocho. Slightly pinkish amber color with medium-sized soapy pink champagne colored head. Malt, toffee, caramel, brown sugar, lime zest and apricot aromas present. Fairly sweet with a hint of bright tang on the palate. Tastes like it wasn’t aged very long...a very young and bright barley wine. Light to medium body with average carbonation. Sweet malts really stand out. Slightly sweet and dry finish.

Light amber color. Nose shows a lot of soft hops, but not clearly defined. The mouth is slightly sweet malty. It’s nice the nothing is melded so it feels very scattered. Mildly bitter finish. Nice but need much more age to show its potential. I would love to try this in about one year.
