One of our top customer requests, Chopper's was our 3rd beer ever on tap. This hoppy Northwest style red ale has been updated for 2026, but with a pleasant 2006 nostalgia.

Malts - 2 Row Pale, C-60, CaraRed, Blackprinz

On tap at Georgetown Brewing Co. Pours out hazy amber topped with a off white head. A very nice hop and malt aroma. Great body and a little bitter on the end. I could drink this one all the time.
