Ace Apple, CCC's flagship brand, is made with 100% pure, local apple juice giving it a fresh, natural taste and setting it apart from most other brands (not using 100% juice).

12 oz bottle. Aroma is apples, white wine, minerally. Pours pale pale yellow, nearly clear, looking like water nearly, with a thin ring of bubbles. Taste is very sour with some light sweetness. This doesn't taste bad at all to me.

Nice. Good balanced apple complexity; semi-dry/medium tart finish. Light lingering acidity. Very smooth/light carb

Bottle from BOTW. Slightly sugary apple nose, some minerals. Pale gold. Some bubbles. Sweet apples, minerals, finishes somewhat dry and minerally. Low carbonation. Not so interesting, and a bit weird in the after taste, but drinkable.

Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a wine glass.
The appearance was a light hazy golden orange color with a quarter finger of white bubbliness that left no lacing. Lots of bubbles rose to the surface.
The smell started off with mainly apples, dry and crisp.
The taste was bitter and sweet as the apples take on a slight tartness to it.
On the palate, this one sat fairly harsh on the tongue through the carbonation. A light vinous quality ran over my tongue.
Overall, just another hard cider to me. I can’t say I’d have this again.

Bottle. From notes. Sweet apples and tart fruit. Pretty much this is just your standard cider. Nothing really special here.

Bottle. Windfall apple aroma. Yellow with a ring of white bubbles. Artificially tart windfall apple flavor. Light body, lively carbonation. This is the second ace cider I’ve had, and it’s just as artificially tart (malic acid added) as the first one I had. I guess they thought it would help with the rotted apple flavor.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this cider poured an exceptionally pale yellow color with a minimal white head that faded instantly and left no lacing. The aroma was tart apple and almost vinegar. The flavor was tart, bitter and sour with a moderate apple juice element and nothing else. The finish was medium length sour apple. Thin and watery body. Uninspired.
