Bottle 50 cl. Pours golden with a slight haziness and a neat and lacing, white head. Banana, bubblegum a´nd yeast in the nose. Medium body, sweet banana and clove notes with friendly phenols and yeast. Subdued bitterness. A lovely Hefeweizen to the sweet side. 091225

Pours hazy gold into a weizen glass. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes to coat surface. Banana aromas. Dry with sweet banana, hay and grass upfront turning to mild clove in the abrupt finish. Dry and refreshing, without the wheat viscosity of other hefes, and I sort of like it.

Pour is a hazy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is all the banana. Flavor is more banana and fresh cream with lots of prickly carbonation. Pretty good spot on hefe.

Hell orange Farbe. Gute Trübung. Schön cremiger Schaum. Frisch fruchtig in der Nase. Frische und gekochte Früchte sind dann auch (zusammen mit der Hefe) geschmacksbestimmend. Insbesondere Zitrusnoten fallen hier auf. Man findet auch milde pfeffrige Nuancen. Die Substanz ist ordentlich, so wie man es für 5,5 % Alk. und 12,3 % Stammwürze auch erwartet. Viel, aber sehr feinperlige, Kohlensäure bläst zusätzlich das Volumen auf. Geht etwas zu Lasten der Süffigkeit.

0,5l from tap in Berchtesgaden. Amber murky color, small white head. Smells cloves, spices, banana, earthy, bit peppery. Nice smell. Medium body, rather smooth carbonation. Tastes cloves, banana, earthy, spices, peppery, tobacco, light bubblegum. Finishes lightly sweet with notes of cloves, banana and tobacco notes. good stuff
