A classic PNW style IPA with flavors and aromas of fresh pine, navel orange zest, mild strawberry and an appropriate bitterness that doesn't overstay its welcome.

Fairly sharp dry but pretty aggressively bitter IPA. I thought because it’s from Georgetown it couldn’t be top top notch, but this is solid stuff.

Nice piny aroma, lasting thick, foamy head, clear copper body. Taste is nothing out of the ordinary, hops mild enough for malt flavors to be present. Decent but not outstanding

On tap at Toronado SF. Hazy orange/amber with a small white head. Nicely hoppy and balanced with grapefruit, hay and pineapple. The finish was bitter and relatively dry.

On Tap at Georgetown in Seattle. Pours out a copper topped with a fluffy white head. Aroma of fresh hops, citrus, pine, floral, and a nice sweet malt. Taste is as the aroma with a nice hop mix balanced out with a sweet malt. A very tasty IPA.

On tap at Din Tai Fung restaurant, Bellevue, Seattle, Washington, USA. An orange/straw coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, malty, citrus aroma. Tastes hoppy, malty, citrus fruit, pine, slight bitterness. Very nice IPA indeed, never expected to find this on tap in a Taiwanese restaurant.

Draught at Mckay’s Taphouse, Bellingham
Cloudy amber color, with creamy head. Nice aroma of resiny and fruity hops, some earthy character. Good malt and toffee flavor, with strong earthy character, malt, caramel, manure; the hop is mainly earthy, with moderate fruitiness; there is a light residual sweetness; and strong bitterness.
Straight IPA, good.

Sample at the Tap House Grill in Seattle. The beer pours a hazy golden color with a medium creamy white head that dissipates slowly to a film. Sticky patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of fragrant hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of floral hops, pine and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a hoppy aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
