Bottle at the Dinasty Residence, Tirana. Poured a cloudy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is weak malt and crushed banana. The flavour is yeast and loads of banana with a smooth slightly sour palate. Not a bad beer at all.

Aroma: Clean, grainy aroma.
Appearance: Clear, pale golden body with a small, white head that quickly fades. Very little lacing.
Taste: Yeasty flavour with subtle banana and pepper notes. Slightly metallic finish. Clean flavour, but a bit bland.
Palate: Thin body with a slightly oily texture. Prickly carbonation.
Overall: The unfiltered version is fruitier and far superior to this.

500ml bottle from small shop in Lajes, Azores, Portugal. Pretty standard German Kristall. Notes of the clove, banana and wheat. Although very thin body still has decent flavor. It’s meant for the summer times and did meet my expections.

50cl bottle. Pours golden yellow with almost an oily shine to it. As expected with hefeweizen, there are steady bubbles and a generous head. The nose has vanilla cream and a note of bananas. The taste has vanilla custard with a tangy pineapple note on the end. The palate is medium bodied with a tangy texture which leads into the tangy finish. Overall., a more than solid kristal hefe.
