Very pale, bubbly, has a slightly earthy taste, but some thing a bit off as well. Fermentation off notes, bleh.

It pours a light gold with a nice aroma that is like a piquante apple juice. Medium bodied with a semi-dry finish. The flavor is bready like an apple strudel with fresh apple flavor. Literally simple and sweet. A decent basic cider.

7/3/6/3/13 200 ml bottle from Le Collier. Crisp, full apple nose, ripe but not over-ripe. Semi-dry flavor, nice apples, touch of alcohol, a bit of astringency. Quite crisp, still a bit sweet and simple, but refreshing and pretty good.
