Clean dry lager with lots of fruitness from the hop. The hop actually works well with a lager, which I didn’t think it would given how much I don’t really care for single hopped American hops Pilsners.

Tap at Toranomon. Nose of grapefruit, lemon, a bit of catpiss. typically NS. Lemony, malts flavor, the pilsner malts are nice but don’t come through as full as in the Palisade lager. Less grassy, though, and probably better balanced. Toasty finish and good use of these hops.
