Some people we know- they write about beers, and they have called those of us at Evil Twin Brewing "nomads". Other people we know - they built a hotel and a restaurant, and their neighborhood didn't really have a name, so they called that "NoMad". And how interesting that both nomads and those in NoMad enjoy a Brett-fermented Wit beer with notes of coriander and orange peel. So, no matter what - hit the road or hunker down....this beer was made nice, just for you.

Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: golden orange/copper cloudiness with a quickly die-ing head which didn't leave any lace
Aroma: some floral, sweet wheat, light Brett/sour, light coriander with some orange sweetness
Flavor: copies the prior mentioned aromas in a semi-sour to funky and subtle sweet sort of way; finishes slightly citrusy with a coriander pop to it
Texture: light bodied, somewhat sessionable; coriander seems to pop again along the tongue to stifle some of the smoothness
Overall: seems a bit lighter than expected for a true Belgian wit but hey, what do I know? I mean Evil Twin is Evil Twin, that's one thing I've learned by drinking their beers.

Bottle. Hazy gold, thin head that vanished fast. Aroma is floral, wheat, very mild coriander and a nice amount of citrus.
The Brett funky notes are subtle but last through out the entirely of the sip. Has a pretty decent hop profile that shows citrus. Bretty and hoppy in a decent balance. Very light musty basement hint. Happens to my my 3800th rating overall.

Refrigerated brown bomber poured into a weizen glass. Pours hazy orange with yellow hightlights. Aroma is light coriander, medium body, well carbonated (but dies quickly), and little lacing. Taste is coriander, grainy, some brett, hints of orange peel, and dry finish. Just not that good.

Bomber from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours translucent orange gold with a transient whitehead. Aroma of zest and coriander. Med body. Flavor is earthy/funky with zest and coriander/citrus. It’s very drying/astringent. Sweat sox as well. Easy to drink. Feels more substantial than 5%. Surprised me. Drinks nicely.

Bottle. Musty lemon-orange malt and strong flowery coriander aroma. Hazy golden yellow with nice big head. Sweet lemon-orange wheat malt and moderately bitter herbal/coriander flavor. Lots of spice. Nice.

Tap at Craft Clerko, 27/01/13. Hazed orange amber with a moderate off white head that retains well, Nose is light spice, orange marmalade, bread dough, apricot, yeast esters. Taste comprises apricot jam, bitter orange, light yeast, straw, spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation with a little prickle, semi drying close. Decent stuff, top notch for style.
