Light, dry, crisp and clear with a creamy head, the dry hopped Latona IPA has the fruity aroma and hop flavor from Australian "Galaxy" and New Zealand’s "Nelson Sauvin" hop.

Tap at Devil Craft. Only the 5th rating and it has made it to Japan! Pale amber colour, small off white head. Aroma ultra bitter hops, bit citrus, resin. Taste similar, lots of bitterness, bit of spicy malt, bitter finish. Bit of a bitterness kick. Nice but not that exciting.

Hazy orange with a tall white head. Medium bodied. Lightly earthy with sweet tropical highlights. Lingering candied fruit notes. Wouldn’t guess 7.7%. Not as interesting as I’d hoped for but a solid IPA.

650 ml bottle. Pours a hazy orange amber with light head. Aromas of citrus and sweet toasted malts. Flavors of doughy malts, citrus rinds, melons, and pine. Nice enough..,

2015.07.10, draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver, 7-5-7-4-15=38
Hazy light amber color. Strong aroma of citrusy hops, fresh (7.5). Nice malt profile, lean , only lightly sweet, a bit biscuity, similar to the Mosaic Pale Ale tasted side to side but lighter; nice piney and minty hop resins, orange peel, a hint of mango. Excellent.
2015-06-06, draught at Vancouver Craft Beer Week 2015, 7-4-8-5-16=40
Cloudy golden color. Plenty of citrusy hops in aroma and flavor, working over a good pale malt base, and finishing with a hint of citrusy resins and incense. Very lightly sweet.
Excellent.

On tap at VCBW Festival, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose brings out tangy citrus hops and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with tangy Nelson Sauvin hops, and biscuity malt to balance. Also got a bit of herbal hempy notes. Quite a nice IPA. Enjoyable stuff.

Draft - Nice candy sweetness, lemon grass and fresh hops. Clear gold with a decent white head. Sweet candy, lemon grass, big vegative notes and a long bitterness. Bright and easy drinking.

Tp at Dig Beer. Sweet, syrupy orange nose, honey, light esters, vanilla. Pale orange color. Very sweet, with orange. Sweet, cloying, and weird. big disappointment.

Golden color. Frothy white head. Piney, pale malt. OK balance, not a lot of depth. Decent simple IPA, but nothing more.
