Bottle. Very pale clear yellow (urine) with a small white head. Aroma and taste of yeast, wheat, juniper, lemons, bubblegum and coriander. Pretty bitter. Low carbonation. Could do with a bigger body. They were going for a Gin Weizen and that‘s what they got.

It does what it says on the label. A fairly regular hefeweizen, banana, clove, soft, pretty sweet. Maybe a tad thinner and less soft than most German ones. The juniper and "gin herbs" add some subtle herbal notes, that luckily don't overpower.

On tap at Gebrouwen door Vrouwen, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of banana, with a hint of botanicals. Flavour is sweet, with bubblegum and banana upfront, with almost no real notice of the botanicals. Lots of bubblegum and banana dominating. Not overly pleasant.

Bottle. Blonde, cloudy. Hint of citrus and juniper in the aroma. Dry, thinnish, herbal flavor with hints of citrus and juniper. Rather amateuristic and disappointing.

Troebel geel bier met volle mooie schuimkraag. Smaak is licht fruitig zoet met iets van nootmuskaat, koriander en een vleugje banaan. Zeker niet slecht.

Op 9-4-2019 van de tap samen met Arie in de JPHeije bar. Een echte weizen, troebel geel, wit schuim. Fris en lekker, een goed abv. De gin haal ik er niet uit.

Bottle. Yellow pour. Aroma of banana yeast ester, wheat and some malt. Taste has sweet banana candy yeast, yeast ester, wheat and only subtle juniper. Would have liked more gin character.
