Kolor złoty, lekko przymglony. Wydanie widać pływające drobiny drożdżowe. Piana biała, średnio wysoka, średnio trwała, co jakiś czas krążkuje.
Aromat słodowy słodki, owocowy - tutaj głównie morele, brzoskwinie, czerwone i żółte śliwki. W tle wanilia, biszkopt.
Smak umiarkowanie słodki z nieco mocniejszą, pestkową goryczką.
Alkohol idealnie ułożony. Wysycenie średnie w dół. Tekstura gładka, miękka. Ciało pełne. Posmak długi wytrawny , owocowym tłem.

Bottle at home. Aroma is bready malt, yeast, spicy notes, coriander, light fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet with a light bittersweet finish. Medium bodied. Enjoyable and nicely balanced Tripel.

Bottle at Noord-Hollandse Bierfestival, Alkmaar: Hazy orange colored brew with an sweet bitter taste, hints of oranges and coriandre.

Bottle, 7.8%. Hay aroma, yeast, coriander, clove. Cloudy golden colour. Fizzy but stable white head. The flavour starts off maltier than expected with a yeasty note and some clove and coriander. A little sweeter than most tripel and less thin mouthfeel. But tasty and good. Perhaps a little too much yeast in the flavour, but apart from that, I like it.
