Keg at Wild Beer Wapping Wharf Bristol. Pours dark ruby brown with a slim beige cap. Aroma: chocolate, brown sugar, sour cherry, plums. light dried fruits. Taste: sour cherry, cocoa, fig, plums, dates, oak. Full bodied, slightly dry finish. Quite boozy.

Draught @ Sori Taproom, Helsinki. 2013 vintage. Pours deep dark brown, almost black with a tiny head. Aroma of sour cherries, vinegar, wood, oak, tart earthiness, berries and bourbon. Taste is sourish, tart and funky with some vinegar, cherries, oak, wood, vanilla, bourbon and berries. Finish is sweet, tart and funky with some vinegar, wood and bourbon, hints of sour cherries, oak and toffee. Quite heavy and complex.

On tap at Hunah Day. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is cherry skin, oak, funk, spice. Medium body, cherry skin, vinegar, leather, oak tannins, nice tartness, really enjoyed this.
