Tap at Vivo. Pale blond colour, small white head. Aroma is lightly funky, quite Belgian, yeasty, bit of grain, bit of cream. Taste is pretty good, slight sourness, grainy, creamy again, bit of ice cream. Very easy drinking. Pretty nice. Soft in the mouth.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks Stas. Cloudy yellow, white head. Very soapy brett, minerals, yeast, wood, rather dry, slightly sourish, bitter finish, flowers, over-carbonated. Weird.

Bottle from Tanakaya. Pours a slightly hazy glowing neon yellow with a small sparkling wine-like head. Looks almost like a light cider or perry. Light bark and hay aromas with some grass, honey and light pepper. Dry on the palate with above average carbonation. The yeast seems a little harsh and has that peppery, sandpaper like thing going on when the beer is too yeasty. Still enjoyable, but might have been better in summer on a hot day. In no way sour, more musty or hay like. --- Beer merged from original tick of Fukukou Beer on 24 Dec 2015 at 21:14 - Score: 6. Original review text: This ones ok...not sour at all but some floral wild yeast on the nose and a bone dry finish.

On tap at the World Craft Tasting 2013. A cloudy gold pour with a possible minor sour aroma complementing the mostly weizen notes. The body is smooth but a touch watery. A definite weizen taste with a few metallic notes but unfortunately also some carboardish flavors in the background...

Small white head. Hazy pale yellow body. Mealy herbal aroma with papery notes. Dry-sweet mealy fruity herbal taste with papery notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish mealy toffee aftertaste with papery peppery notes. Nice. Drinkable and refreshing, even if there’s not that much depth to it. Can’t really spot anything more than faint traces of acidity. (0.33l bottle from brewery. My notes say the name is "Hukukou" at 4%. That beer was also made with wild yeast from cherry. GTIN is 4’942637’391983. I assume it’s the same beer.)

Draught at Q-Brick. Light yellow color, almost pastel, with lace. Fruity, wild funk nose, bread, citrus, grass. Interesting aroma. Dry, fruity flavor, light sweetness, yeasty. Ok.
