Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is citrus, soft ginger, grassy hops, peppery yeast, quite herbal, only a hint of brett, and slightly perfumed. Flavour is light sweet and above medium bitter. Body is medium. Subtle ginger (thankfully!) but also subtle hops, it could be more fruity, and especially subtle brett. Good hoppy bitter flavour. Grassy and refreshing, I would have loved more fruits, but it’s enjoyable regardless.

330 ml bottle. Pours amber with full head. Aromas of ginger, limes, and toasted malts with maybe a bit of Brett. Flavors of same with mor Brett. Mostly ginger

Bottled. Slightly hazy yellowish golden colour with a small head. Aroma is tropical fruits, some ginger, mild wooden notes as well as some tart berries. Flavour is brett, some tropical fruits, mild ginger with some tartness, mild berries as well as some herbal notes. Spicy and dry wooden tones in the aftertaste.

Backlog January 2017. Slightly unclear pale golden body under a light white head that fades quickly. Relatively moderate in aroma, almost just a hint of ginger. Taste is quite smooth with pale malt, wood, bitter herbs and Brett. Medium body and average aftertaste. Easy drinkable, but I would have preferred some more distinct taste.

Golden,cloudy with a medium white head. Aroma of fruits and some ginger. Medium bitter with a dry ginger and fruit end. Ginger beer is better.

Ginger, light funk. Bit weird but quite nice as sour ipas go. Something slightly creamy there too. Quite pleasant but bit weird.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Pale yellow colour. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy wonderful aroma. Heavy bitter wonderful bretty flavor. Very well balanced beer. Long heavy bitter finish. Oily palate. i never thought I would like a ginger beer, but brett is dominating.

Draught, at KCBD19. Mild ginger aroma. OK caramelly. Almost clear golden colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is caramelly with a good ginger bite. Fairly bitter and slightly astringent. OK Belgian yeast notes.

Bottle. hazy golden, big golden lace. Big orangepeel nose. Medium light mellow body, fresh ginger snap cookies, fun.
