Can 500ml. @ Assentoft tasting by Hansen - Zita. [ As Cubanisto ].Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, lime, honey cake, syrup. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration, sugary, cake - cokies, honey cake, lime, syrup. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20141122]

Can. Frothy White goog mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Powerfull lime and rum notes. Average finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Assentoft tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, sugar, cactus, citrus, malt and has a weird sweet finish.

Bottle. Pours a clear yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity weak spicy rum aroma. Sweetish malty spicy flavor. Has a sweetish spicy weak rum finish.

500 ml. can shared @ home. Procured from Carrefour. Cool label. Are these tequila / rum flavoured beers becoming popular in Belgium? I see quite a few new ones on the market, prominently displayed. I do not get them but to each his own. Pours golden orange with no head. Very sweet sugary nose, artificial, candy, reminiscent of soda / lemonade. Taste is sweet sugar, candy & lemonade, this mainly tastes like sweet sugar water with lots of brown sugar thrown into it, diluted cheap sugary rum. Tastes like candy, sugary body. There is very little about this that suggests beer which I suppose is the point. Not bad actually for what it is, this mainly just tastes like sugar.

Bottle @ home. Clear apple juice golden color, no head. Smells and tastes like all other variations of this crappy rum of tequila flavoured beverages: pretty sweet, sugary and lightly some of the artificial rum or tequila. Ah well, what else did I expect?

33 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is citrusy and fruity. Sweet. Sweet, light floral and mild citric. Sweet finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a small white head. Very sweet rhum aroma - most likely artificial. Medium body, sweet caramel, lime and rhum. Probably totally artificial but I can imagine this on a hot day in the Caribbean. 090912
