Draft. Golden body with white fizzy head. Aroma of cracker, pepper, grass, toasted grain, light canned corn. Taste is lightly fruit and sweet. Lightly sticky texture. Could use more bitterness.

On draught at a Phish festival, 12/31/16.
Clear, beeswax yellow-golden with a, yes, foamy white head.
Spicy, fresh grass and herbs with sourdough-like malts behind them and a clean, easygoing bitterness. Pepper and light honey lingering.
More sourdough and lots of pepper, grass and fresh herbs, with good attenuation and ample carbonation. Quite nice, certainly miles ahead of most of the crap served at huge venues.

Location: Draft from State Line, 11/4/14
Aroma: The aroma is clean pilsener malts, bread, and a little spice
Appearance: It pours a golden color with a decent amount of white head on top
Flavor: Tastes along the same lines, clean and malty, cereal, caramel, spice, and light bitterness
Palate: The body leans light, with a smooth, clean feel, and a crisp, lightly dry finish
Overall Impression: This is a pretty solid example of the style in my opinion. It is easy drinking and light bodied without being overly watery. Not an amazing beer, but something I'd happily drink in many situations.

On tap at FWIBF. Pours with a clear golden hued body and a small white head. Grassy and herbal aroma with a bit of bready and toasty malt, very clean fermentation. Flavors are relatively bitter, toasty, hoppy, dry and grassy. Very clean. Lively carbonation, dry and crisp, solid pils.

Pours pale gold onto a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes to coat surface. Mild caramel aromas. Crusp with sweet caramel upfront turning to mild yeast before the lasting pine finish.
