Tap at BrewPub København. Poured a cloudy straw colour with a round white head. The aroma is acidic citrus, yeast, grain, banana. The flavour is acid citrus with a crisp watery yeast citrus palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Appearance: Cloudy golden color with a fine white head that leaves an ok lacing.
Aroma: Wheat, some yeast, banana and some fruity notes.
Palate: Medium body. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Average carbonation.
Taste: Wheat, unusual bready, mild fruity banana and some yeast.
Overall impression:Ok tasty and easy drinkable hefe weisse.

Fra fat på Brewpub en hyggelig formiddag med Johnne, mai-13: en lett venteøl før brewburgeren ankommer bordet. Noe tynn hveteøl med noe nellik og koriander. Nokså kort ettersmak.
