Een pittig blondje met een fruitig aroma, en een toets van citrus, gekruid met koriander en sinaasappel.

Bottled 330ml (AIH147) As De Meester Kuurnaarke. Golden colour, steady white head and some lace. Aroma at first is papery, a bit spicey but when it warms up nicely fruity-spicey. Light to medium-bodied. Belgian yeast, peppery spiceyness, light honey, bitterish finish with some backing alcohol. Solid Belgian Strong.

Small if dense, just lightly yellowish head over yellowish-golden beer, lazily carbonated. Sulphuric nose, old schoolsponges, bit of ureum, garden weeds, rainwater. More of the same, with the addition of a very sweet flavour, giving an artificial impression. Again sulphury, organic S-bindings, faintly spicy. Quite slick. Medium to well-carbonated, empty finish that is just quite sweet. Weird, though not really bad.

06/02/2016 – sample @ BAB shared with tderoeck, 77ships and kradel. Light hazy yellow with medium white head. Seems a bit too young, hints of grains and banana. Mediocre.

6/II/16 - bottle @ Brugs Bierfestival - BB: n/a (2016-115) Thanks to the Belgian ratebeer crew for sharing today's beers!
Clear pale yellow beer, small to no head. Aroma: pretty dirty, spicy, something is very wrong here, yeasty, nope. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: smoky, clearly some bamberg smoked malts, which I actually appreciate, most of the times, but it doesn't work out in this yeasty beer, gives it a dirty touch. Aftertaste: bit sweet, yeast, some citrus, little bitter, smoky, very unpleasant. Nope!
