A dark brown, top-fermented ale yeast, hopped and mixed with a special type of mild malt gives this richly coloured ale a unique, surprisingly smooth and mild taste. Contains distinctive chocolate and caramel notes. The draught version is a smooth and creamy version and is also available in cans, possible through an inbuilt widget technology that releases just the right amount of nitrogen to create the perfect surge and distinct smooth and creamy finish, which has previously only been available on draught in selected outlets across the island.

440ml nitro can, and draft. Amber color clear nitro cascade and creamy head that lasts long. Light malty aroma with a prominent citrus edge with red apple. Light body, non carbonated, easy to drink, clean dryish finish. Ok

F: big, off-white, average to good retention. C: deep gold to amber, clear. A: malt, hint of caramel, grassy, toast, hint of diacetyl. T: malt, caramel, grassy, floral, bread, medium body, medium carbonation, almost good and enjoyed, 330ml bottle from Chain foodstore in the Point Shopping Mall in Sliema.

Clear bright amber colour, one inch creamy off-white head; aroma of grains, dried fruity notes, hints of apricot, biscuit and floral notes; taste is the same with mild toasted notes; very smooth ale
