Tasted from the tap on the 11/07/2015 at the Caminha Artbeerfest. Light hazy golden colour with medium head with almost no retention. Aroma is light citrus and coriander. Carbonation is style average. Taste is very light for me with some citrus and banana. More Rock and Roll please. Next one please!

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 10A). Bottle 50 cl - Batch L41616 (BBF 05/2017). AROMA: slight acetic aroma with very faint clove aroma. no wheat aroma and no esters and phenolics. sweet aroma. APPEARANCE: gold color and hazy. average moussy white head with medium-low retention. TASTE: oxidized flavor (paper) with very faint clove-like notes. very faint wheat flavour. no bitterness and sweet. PALATE: medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a oxidized and flat-tasting weizen.

Bottled, thanks andregoncalves! Cloudy pale golden, rich lively head. Phenolic banana aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Lots of banana, some dough. Low bitterness. Harmonious.
