Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day two, 09/09/2017. An oily jet black coloured pour with no head. Aroma is earthy roast, soy, aged notes, brown sugars, molases, Flavour is compose of salty roast, wine, vineous, chocolate, oaky grape. Palate is super sweet, sticky oak, coconut. Spicy oak finish.

Draught @ MBCC 2018, Green Session
Pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, alcohol, soya, molasses, vanilla, bourbon and smoked chili. Taste is heavy sweet and medium bitter with a long warm, chocolate, vanilla and chili burn. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Fat på MBCC 2018, grönt pass. Tjockt kolsvart utan något skum. Grön paprika och kryddiga chilitoner dominerar i doften. Samma i smaken med stora mängder chili och ganska bra hetta. I bakgrunden anas grundölen och bourbon-lagringen: choklad, vanilj, kokos, lätt charkig och rökig ton plus marsipan och annat gott.

Draught, taster. Sampled on the 12/05/2018 at "Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2018", Copenhagen. Pitch black colour with a tan head. Aroma is green peppers, chili, dark chocolate and soy sauce. Taste is sweet bourbon, green peppers, spice, chili and toffee. Medium bitter and warm finish. Next one please!

2017 bottle thanks to Rey. Pours a dark brown with small tan head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong peppers, licorice, dark chocolate, vanilla, tobacco, oak. Slick body, peppers, dark chocolate, licorice, boozy, light heat in the finish, very good.

Small bubbly shortlasting head, deep dark pour. Aroma is sweet boozy, dark sugar, dried dark fruits, licorice, grass, oak, bourbon, vanilla, smoked red peppers, mild grassy chili, fruit stones. Taste is sweet boozy, dark sugar, sweet licorice, dried dark fruits, bourbon, vanilla, chocolate, smoked red peppers, mild grassy chili, oak, dark malts, toast. Medium bitterness, slightly sweet boozy mouthfeel with a nice warming chili touch. Nice.
