Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - balanced and refreshing.

Cask @ Hole In Ye Wall, Liverpool. Golden-blonde with a small head. It’s a crisp ale with light hops that exude some bushy floral notes through a dry slightly hoppy character.

Hand-pulled half-pint as a night-cap in Ye Olde Fighting Cocks, Oakengates on 22nd April 2014. Pours a pale almost golden colour with a white head that gave some good lacing. Dry, floral and with citrus notes throughout. Had just about enough alcohol content to counter the citrus elements which can often turn me against a beer. Medium body depth and overall a fine pint: drop the citrus presence and the beer would be great!

Cask at the Crosse Keys, JDW, London. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a light foam head. Lightly toasted hay in the nose with faint lemon and some spicy, floral hops. Light sweet flavor with faintly tangy citrus, grass and dandelion. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish with toasty grass and straw bitterness, some lemon rind, and light straw. Lingering bitterness. A very decent golden.
