Vajaat 4 vuotta ikääntynyt Pukin pikku apulainen maistelussa. Tummanruskea olut kohtalaisella vaaleanruskealla, hieman maitokahvin värisellä vaahdolla. Intensiivinen tuoksu hyökkää esiin jo pulloa avatessa. Tuoksussa marjaista mausteisuutta, salmiakkia, paahteisuutta sekä lämmittävän jouluinen ja punaviinimäinen tunnelma. Maku tuo vahvasti mieleen punaviinin. Oikein täyteläinen, sopivalla sekoituksella makea, jouluisen mausteinen, salmiakkinen, luumuinen sekä hieman kuivattavan katkera loppuliu’ultaan. Kevyt hiilihappoisuus keventää kivasti täyteläistä, sokerista suutuntumaa. Todella laadukas olut ja kypsytys on ehdottomasti kannattanut.

Bottle courtesy of rlgk. The aroma is rich sweet red-berry fruit. The flavour is strong sweet with a big rich spicy fruit palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle shared thanks to Rlgk. Pours dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma of big raisin, prunes, overripe dark fruits, Christmas spices, toffee and a slight dank mold aspect, not in an unpleasant way, from the aging. Flavor is light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a real booziness coming out in the palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation.
