Bottle poured a hazy golden color with a small white head. Aroma was citrus, grapefruit. Light herbal notes, light lime. This was pretty delicate, light tartness. Flavor was delicious.

[10/24/2021] Draught sample at Mikkeller Bar Viktoriagade in Copenhagen. Cloudy golden. Brett, funk, floral, spicy, sourish, oaky, citrus. Very nice.

[5/12/16] Draught at Warpigs in Copenhagen. Cloudy pinkish orange. Aroma of funk, lacto, fruitiness, citrus. Tart flavor, fruity, citric, zesty, oak. Medium-bodied. Wonderful and really refreshing.

Draught, half pint. @Fermentoren, Copenhagen (Denmark). 20/10/2021 [#4.320 Global - #465 United States - #3 Hill Farmstead] Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma: hibiscus, yeast and tart. Taste: tart, hibiscus. Light acidic finish. Plenty of yeast and hibiscus. Next one please!
