We’ve taken careful measures to create an elegant balance of malts and hops in this pale ale. The result is just enough malty richness, paired with a thirst-quenching blend of North American and Australian hops. We employ late additions and dry hopping to bring out its delightful fruity, floral and zesty.

Old rating - One of a number of different bottles I've ordered online from HK Brewcraft & brought home by my wife. This bottle, my second tasted from Young Master was a very solid pale ale

Tap at CBM Whity. Medium golden amber. Clean malts, citrus, light pine, but of tropical fruits. Medium body, medium sweetness, nice hops. Clean and drinkable without being overly exciting or original.

On tap at Almost Famous in Singapore. Clear gold with white head. Nose has melon, cucumber, grass. Flavor is corny, melon, grass. Fullish mouthfeel. So so. 7 3 6 3 12

Citrus and some dusty type resin. Pours yellowish golden, can't tell the head as I'm drinking by the bottle. Light bitter end with hop tang. Airport drinks.

Tap at The Ale Project. Nice and refreshing, not so hoppy, decent maltiness, touch of citrus. Easy going on a semi-hot afternoon.

On tap at Temple Cellars, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy hops and dry biscuity malt - pretty flat. Flavour is pretty flat, tasting like old earthy hops and bready malt. Pretty lame stuff.
