Foam: creamy white head, stable. Colour: hazy yellow colour, a hint of green. Aroma: grassy, coriander, some orange peels, floral, a hint of white bread. Taste: coriander sweetness again, citrusy, leaves, elderflower, peppery notes, nice decent hops bitterness, fruity, very lively carbonation and medium refreshing body, nice summer beer.

Droog kalkachtig met beetje chemische koriandersmaak. Limoen en veldsla? Pittig door alcoholische scherpte en vreemde kruidenmix.

Little hazy yellow colour, with some green shine, and a medium creamy head. Smell is fruity, citrus, grain, spices. Taste is fruity too, yeasty, with a light hoppiness in the end. Very drinkable, good.

Bottle. An almost clear one, golden in color and with a small, dense white head. It’s rather fruity, with some sugar notes, pine cones and resins. It’s full-bodied and pleasantly carbonated. Some papery hints in the flavor, with fruityness, some grapefruit and a resiny touch. Lasting finish. Rather simple this one, but it’s tasteful and pleasant anyway. Sure wouldn’t mind repeating it. 150513

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, floral and hint of yeast. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long yeasty, floral and fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle at home. Light golden with lots of weird little yellow things floating around even though I poured very carefull. Doesn’t look like yeast but more like orange juice pulp. Anyway, Some pine, lemon, white pepper, grass, dry biscuits. Light taste with some bitterness and a hint of underlying sweetness. Medium bodied with slght dry feel. Not bad, I’m not a fan of the regular Chouffe but this is quite inoffensive. Looks terrible though.

Light haze on this yellowish gold beer, fluffy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry, fine carbonation. Very light malts, ephemeral cream. Tangy fruits, mild lemon. Modest banana ester and dry floeralness. Light finish. Inoffensive.
