Аромат схож на стиль, много цитрусовых ноток, особенно апельсиновой и лимонной цедрой, также очевидное присутствие разных пряностей, немного гвоздики и кориандра, немного пшеницу и совсем нету дрожжей. Цвет бледно белый, пенка белая, пышная, мелкопузырчатая. Вкус хороший, конечно в основе сильная, слегка ядреная цедра от лимона и апельсина. Хорошо ощущается пшеничный солод, при этом дрожжи ощущаются только при глотке, и то немного. В целом отличный витбир, в стиле.

Bottle from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy golden body with a few tiny flecks beneath a thin white head. No visible carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of white pepper, coriander and orange pith. Flavour of steel and grass. Medium body with a smooth texture. Light fizz. Crisp and interesting.

Appearance is golden, not really any head, a few fizzy bubbles. Aroma is orange, malt, spices, citrus hints, peppery herby spicy hops, Belgian yeast. Taste is malt, orange peel, apple hints with spritzy hops, sparking wine, bit of fruitcake, grape juice. Peppery hoppy undertones with yeasty malt.

Witzige Papierverpackung der 0,75er Flasche. In der Nase Trauben, Weißwein. Im Trunk ebenso, leicht alkoholisch aber auch wässrig. Könnte gerne deutlich intensiver sein. Für ein Dubbel leider sehr charakterlos.

bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma bianca fine persistente, colore giallo smorto torbido, al naso intenso banana poi vaniglia cereali e spezie, in bocca coriandolo spezie chiodi di garofano agrumi, corpo medio, carbonazione forte, amaro moderato, secca nel finale. I 7,0% vol. non si sentono. La qualità di De Glazen Toren si sente. Bevibilissima. Una Wit con i ….. c. Birraland.it birre 11.11.23
