Bottle at home. Aroma of malt, caramel, hint of raisins and chocolate, some roasty notes. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a nice moderate bitter finish. Body is medium. There’s a good balance and refined character to this Bock.

Unlabeled bottle, gift from the brewer. Soft malty, bready, slightly smoked aroma. Full bodied. Malty sweet, bready flavor, roasty with a soft smoky flavor. Very well balanced. Excellent bock!

Bottled. A hazy dark amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, bread, malt, leading to a dry finish. Nice body

Bottle@Tuesday Taphouse Share, Copenhagen - fuzzy brown pour with off white head. Aroma and taste is sweet malty, with some caramel and fudge notes, some raisin and dark fried fruity notes, sweet finish. Ok.

30 cl bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small off white head. Aroma is toasted malty, light breadish. Toasted malty. Bitter, light caramelish. Dry and toasted malty finish.

Klares orangebraunes Bier mit einer ordentlichen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch süß röstmalzig, Zucker, reife Früchte. Geschmack süß schokoladig, malzig, Kakao, Zucker, fruchtig.

@6é Noordelijk Speciaalbierfestival te Groningen, kastanje/caramel bruin met fijne kaki kraag. aroma van caramel, mouten, zoetig en rozijnen. smaken van caramel, zoet(matig), matig/redelijk bitter, wat donker fruit (rozijn) maar niet echt veel. verder iets van gebrande caramel (en bittertje). --- Beer merged from original tick of Gramsbarger Dubbel Bock on 15 May 2018 at 21:26 - Score: 6

[9/28/14] Draught sample at Borefts After Festival 2014 in Rotterdam. Deep amber to brown. Aroma of malt, grains, caramel and fruitiness. Sweet flavor of malt, caramel, fruits, yeast and a bit of spiciness in a slightly bitter finish. Medium-bodied.

Draft at Kaapse Post Borefts festival. Pours hazy brown with a tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, raisins, dark fruits. Flavour is over moderate and bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.
