500 ml bottle. Pours a bright amber with light head. Atomas of floral hops, toffee and biscuity malts. Flavors of toffee, grain and sweet bready malts. Quite sweet. OK

Tap, golden beer, small head. Aroma is malt, grain, sweet, citrus. Taste is the same, sweet, malt, grain, alcohol. Ok

Bottle at Pizza Express Wandsworth 10/08/2024 Toasted and sweet malty, notes of light caramel and toffee like sweetness, cereal malts, sugary and syrupy sweet, light bitter hoppy and sweet malty finish. Too sweet for me.

One more of Michael Jackson's 500. I checked every beer isle I went into in Italy, and only found this at the airport just before boarding. Pours a bright golden orange, clear, with a thick, medium head. Has a sweet malt nose, with estery orange and peach and some honey and not much hop. Flaovr is sweet malt, rather light and spritzy, and not really the body I expect in a maibock. The finish is definitely quite bitter for the style. This is still a drinkable beer, but really nothing to write home about these days. Not a great maibock, and Italy has so much more to offer now (Bibock...)

Gulbrun klar med hvitt skum. Lukter maltekstrakt og noe honning. Middels fylde. Søt, noe bitterhet. Smaker maltekstrakt, brød, noe smør og sitrusskall.

6.6.% alk. jedno talijansko pivo, ovo je po vrsti bock. Recimo da je to jako lager pivo. Pivo je malty - slatkasto, po meni dosta dobro.
