Tap @ Oersoep. Golden color. Hay and even a hint of pepper in the aroma. Medium bodied. Malty, floral flavor. Very well hopped. Hay and a hint of citrus.

Draught @ [ Borefts After Festival 2014 ] @ Kaapse Brouwers, Veerlaan 19-D, Rotterdam, Netherlands 3072 AN. [ As Oersoep Steampunk ].Hazy - murky medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, cereal, mesk, light to moderate hoppy. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, mesk - mash, grain, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140928]

[9/28/14] Draught sample at Borefts After Festival 2014 in Rotterdam. Hazy gold. Grainy aroma with some citric hops and a vegetal note. Dry-ish flavor, quite bitter, with yeast, flowers, some fruitiness and bitter hops. Medium-bodied.

BAF 14 Pours rather unclear blonde, good white head. Smell is fruity , orange, bit bitter . Taste is bitter , funky, orange , bit herbal .

Sampled draft @ BAF 2014. Thank you! Hazy orange, creamy white. Bit strange nose, hay, zest, floral, sweet spices,… Light caramel, hay, floral, touch herbs, floral citrus. Drinks well but not very exciting.

Draft at Kaapse Post Borefts 2014. Pours hazy dark golden with an off white head. Aroma of veggies, caramel, yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation. Disappointing for Oersoep.

Tap at the Borefts After Festival 2014. Poured a hazy light amber with a big frothy white head. The aroma is light veggie herb. The flavour is mineral earthy herb with a light smooth veggie hop bitter palate. Moderate to light bodied with average carbonation.

On tap @ Kimchi Farm Fesival 2014. Dark yellow/golden color, cloudy. Dense off white head. Aroma’s: fruit, caramel. Retronasal it’s grainish, fruity, caramellish. Flavor is light sweet, grainish light bitter. Light bodied. Finishes rather dry and moderate bitter.
