500ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish, dark golden colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally bready and grainy, pale malty and slightly yeasty fruity aroma, hints of apricot. Taste is sweet-ish, pale malyt and slightly yeasty fruity, minimally bitter hoppy, hints of apricot.
Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth, super soft and silky palate, medium to fine, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Good "secondary" qualities (appearance + texture), well balanced, smooth, nice fruity aspects - not bad.

# 3992; 1/2024. As Hochdorfer Kellergold, alc. 5,2 %. Malty and fruity aroma. Murky greyish gold body; off-white head. Malty, fruity, yeasty. Very simple, good and drinkable kellerbier. 0,5 l, bottle, Getränkemartk, Kornwestheim (Swabia, Germany).

22/4/2023. Can courtesy of Matthias, cheers  shared at SBGP2. Pours very slightly hazy golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, grain, caramel, bread-and-butter pudding, touch of straw. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily, average carbonation.

Good, rather stable, off-white head over clear metallic golden beer. Very malty nose, summergrain, also rainwater. Dry-ish but very malty flavour all the same, quite some restsugars underneath. Again sweet grains, again rainwater, some dry spices & herbs. Flavour not unlike scorza nera. Low carbonation, flat; very gristslick. Very basic sweet Southern German Pilsener. Txs to Stef!

Koude fles op het dak. Briesje erbij, nog steeds warm. Dikke brei aan verschillende zachte zoete mouten, glad als blubber. Vloeibaar brood met een flink bitter gekookt hopje. Gruizig en glibberig en strelend zacht. Fles ziet er niet uit maar erg prima.

Süffiger, leicht hellmalziger Beginn mit geringer Herbe. Feinperlig, trocken bitter, geringe Würzigkeit. Kurzer Nachhall. 9/10/8/8/9/9

Donkergeel bier met schuim. Smaak is licht bitter hopig en icht zoet met iets van gebrande noten en geroosterd brood. Best goed.

Bottled, from Biershop Baden-Württemberg. Cloudy golden, rich firm head. Spicy nose with some butter. Sweet and fruity with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Whipped cream, ripe fruit, deep buttery malt and sugar . Spicy bitterish finish. Rich, but too sweet.
