Bottled, from Biershop Baden-Württemberg. Cloudy golden, rich firm head. Spicy nose with some butter. Sweet and fruity with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Whipped cream, ripe fruit, deep buttery malt and sugar . Spicy bitterish finish. Rich, but too sweet.

Poured pale yellow in colour with fluffy off-white head. Very malty, earthy but yet crisp in aroma. Malty, slightly fruity and moderate hoppy in flavour. Grassy and hoppy finish. Slightly bitter finish.

Bottle (thanx to Stefan!): Pale golden, hazy, medium sized and stable white head; moderate sweet-malty and also distinctive aromatic hoppy nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, smooth; slightly lingering drier bitter and yeasty-fruity finish. Good and pleasant.....

(bottle, 33cl, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Yeasty and moderately sweet pale malty aroma with grainy notes and herbal, slightly spicy hops. Yeasty and hop-bitter flavour, slim malty base with shy grainy accents; light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Dry and moderately bitter finish with herbal hoppy notes. A decent Keller Bier. 07.IV.10

bottle, bought at the brewery. Hazy golden colour with a nice white head, very creamy. Malty, yeasty with hints of barnyard and horseblanket, shy hints of caramel. Shy but aromatic hop flavours in the lingering finish. A good Kellerbier with an attractive rural character.
