From the decanter into the glass. at the Cantillon Brewery: Slightly hazy golden colored brew with an very sour taste and its also very dry and earthy.

Glass following the Cantillon Tour at the Cantillon Brewery/Museum in Brussels, Belgium. The pour is golden, with a very minimal white head. The aroma is softly sour, lactic, and a bit of general fruitiness. The taste is really nice soft sour tartness, residual funk, and general Cantillon yeast character. The palate is light to medium bodied, almost flat carbonation and finishes with really interesting funk. Fun, very much tastes like the building block that I suppose it is.

At Cantillon after the brewery tour. Didn't take may notes, just enjoyed the visit. Color: Slightly hazy golden. Taste: Citrus, rural funk, unripe grape. Nice.

Crowlerdatud 1 päev peale taptapi avamist 5 aastat tagasi (14.12.2017) ehk siis külmkapis olnud 5 aastat.. oksüdeerunud ja väga lambicune, üllatavalt on hapukus väga mahe, funky, mõru, nats happeline, veits vesine. Päris mõnsa, hapusus on just paras.

1 year cask at Lambiczoon: pours clear hold slight bubbles from cask. Aroma is plenty of funk, earthy, basement. Taste is earthy, tangy, somewhat sour, nice sweet finish.

Sampled with Jean at Shelton Bros Festival. Clean, light, and refreshing. Lots of wheat and yeast notes. No carbonation, but with a good mouthfeel and body.

Pours hazy light yellow with some fainted lighter hues. Thin shortlasting white head. Aromas of sour green apples, lots of vinegar and some yeast. Pretty vineous aswell. Taste is tart apples up front, some vinegar and some stable-like notes.
