500 ml bottle. Cloudy dark yellow with q foamy head. Clove, yeast, green banana, dry lemon zest and lemon juice, bubblegum. Dry bitterness, some dry sourness, some sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry citrussy yeasty sour finish. Nice crisp Weisse, very drinkable and light for 5.6 abv!

Bottle. Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is wheat, some canned peach, apricot. Taste is the same, some caramel too. Oily mouthfeel with surprisingly low carbonation. Not great.

Bottle from the brewery. Hazy amber because the light is failing in Attenkirchen. Sweet banana nose, fat Weizen flavor with a lot of fruity yeast esters and just a tad of bitterness. Decent but not overwhelming.

Coole altertümliche Bügelflasche. Ordentliche Menge Hefe die durchs Glas wabert. Fruchtig, säuerlich, hefig, etwas Sekt. Sehr viel Kohlensäure. Das mag ich gar nicht so gern. Aber hier passt es eigentlich ganz gut. Sehr erfrischend. Ideal für heiße Tage.

On tap at the Brewpub, Oberndorf, on the way back from after a 13 mile cycle ride along the Danube River to Regensburg and now on the way home, we're at a campsite close to Bad Abbach. Saturday 3rd August 2019. Hazy light to mid gold with a sticky white head, quite a bit of spice which really lingers. Some banana and wheat, soft carbonation a little light citrus. Good.

Bottled at TEJA tasting. Cloudy pale amber, small creamy head. Spicy banana and baking yeast up front. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Grain and baking yeast. Mild dough and grass. Low bitterness.

Greenish yellow hazy with little white head. Aroma is fresh wet yeasts with powdered sugar and slight almonds. Taste is flat yeasty sourness. Good drinkabilty with nice freshness. Ok.

On tap @Buskers Pub (Rome). Clear pale golden color (filtered?) with a decent white foam. Aroma of banana, some citrus and grass, ok. Flavour is sweet, definitely too much sweet, fruity, simple and watery. Low body, medium carbonation. Nothing special.

Draught @ Luppolo 12, Rome. Aroma is mild with flour and citrus. Also banana. Flavour is rather floury with some banana and citrus. Also baking stuff and hints of cardboard. Pretty basic.

Trübes goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig. Geschmack hefig, fruchtig nach Banane, leicht würzig.
