Tap @ Moeder Lambic. Pours clear dark orange, still. Aromas of vinegar, sugary, caramel, hay. Taste is sweet, vinegary, caramel, apples, light stale.

Cask @ Borefts 2014. Honey, caramel and lemon in the aroma. Caramelly sweet flavor. Thinnish. Milk and lemon. Vinous. One of the very best Faro beers ever tasted.

No head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish, weeds, wet hay, oak, sour grass, sour socks, sugar. Taste is slightly sweet grassy, sugar, grass, sorrel, weeds, sour socks, oak. Medium bitterness, slightly dry watery mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Appearance: Light orange brown, quite hazy. Almost no head. Aroma: Tart fruits, nevertheless some sweetness. Taste: Tart fruits, some bread, dank, sweetness. But not as sweet as other Faros. Bought: Trade with tderoeck - thanks!, 100 ml sample Info: 5/11-2018, BB: ??/??-????

14/03/2018 - draught glass @Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Hazy amber colour, small pearly head. Nose is Lambic, wood, candi sugar. Taste is grains, some wood, candi sugar. Could drink this all day, not bad at all.

03-03-18 // tapt at Moeder Lambic Fontainas at the Tilquin Extravaganza event. Thanks Pierre for the opportunity to try all the experimentals. Unfiltered orange. Small bubbly head. Flat grainy nose. Taste of some sweet grains with a sour acidity i the background. Candis sugar. Okay.

Draft - Sweet dark sugar and funk. Cloudy gold with no head. Sweet and funky with a dry finish. Not bad, but just average for the style.
