Unser EXPORT HELL ist der „Renner“. Mit fast 60% am Ausstoß ist es die beliebteste Sorte. Wohl vorallem deshalb, weil das EXPORT HELL zwar ein typisches, bayerisches Helles Bier ist, durch die entsprechende Würze aber gehaltvoll anmundet.

"Export Hell", vom Faß in der Maierbräu, Altomünster. - Goldgelb, klar. - Im Antrunk schön kremig, ein wenig fülliger aber nur verhalten hellmalzig - es ist eben ein Export - und sehr fein zitronig hopfenherb. Milder rezent, vollmundig, ganz leicht trocken: ein Bier mit minimalem Trinkwiderstand, das einfach nur "läuft". Im Abgang leise aber völlig ausreichende herbale Hopfenherbe. - Sehr rundes, delikates Export, das trotz sortentypisch zurückhaltender Hopfung überzeugt. (30.3.2025.)

3/3/2020. From tap at Brunnstein Maierbrau, Munich. Pours clear bright gold with a large white head. Aroma of sweet malt, corn, sweet fruit, caramel and grass. Quite heavy sweetness and low bitterness. Quite creamy texture, average carbonation.

On tap at Iveria (Georgian Restaurant) Munich, Bavaria, Wednesday 10th April 2019 in the company of Loz's work colleagues. Pours yellowy golden with a large frothy white head, clear as a bell. A pleasant and refreshing Helles, however perhaps a touch on the sweet side, though I enjoyed it enough to have 2-3 of these.

Spritzig kerniges Helles, dabei süffig aber nicht zu süß. Geht eher in die herbe-malzige Richtung. Top Ding!

Clear golden without head. Aroma is oatmeal, some normal helles stuff. Taste is grainy and soapy. Same in the finish. Sour carbonation. Not again.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a loose and mid-sized foamy white head. Discreet aroma of strawy pale malt with a grassy hoppy background. Mildly sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slim malty start with strawy notes, hints of grain and a tinge of grassy and delicately herbal hops. Dull. 29.V.16
