Fuchsbeck Festbier, Flasche von Getränke Müller (www.mein-biershop.de). - Bronzegold, klar. (3.1.2023.)

04-01-20 // 500ml bottle from mein-biershop.de. Pours clear golden. White head. Nose is sweetish with a subtle honey note. Malt forward taste. Honey sweetness. Sweet hay. Silky smooth mouthfeel. Low bitterness. Solid Märzen. A bit too sweet for me. --- Beer merged from original tick of Festbier on 04 Jan 2020 at 21:42 - Score: 6. Many thanks to kappldav123 for this bottle! Grainy fresh beginning. Malty with a nice soft graininess. Easy to drink, fruity refreshing with a malty grainy and slightly bitter body. Soft grainy sweetish body, neutral bitterness in the end, nice Festbier with a bit of a depth.

Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts fine malty, wheaty, spicy. Modest dry. Light bitter background. Finish well balanced. Not bad.

Bottle(courtesy of Štěpan!): Deep golden, a bit unclear, stable medium-sized white head with a solid lace; dryish leafy-grainy nose with a touch of tartness; stronger sweet-bitter flavour, surely medium bodied; dryish and slightly tart bitter-grainy to bisquity finish. A chunky brew, pleasant…

Bottle from mein-biershop.de. Pale golden with a mid-sized white head and a soapy hoppy nose. Malty Start with woody, earthy hops Tuning in at once, resulting in a bitter-Sweet character. The hops also have a soapy-floral touch, quite interesting.
