A light, finely balanced Pilsner according to the original Pilsner brewing method. For this we only use aroma hops from our immediate surroundings in Ellingen and thus achieve a very special, subtle emphasis on hops in the beer.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a diminishing frothy white head. Sweet strawy malty nose with shy herbal hops and notes of draff. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Strawy and soft grainy taste; moderately dry and slightly sweet grainy finish with a tinge of metal (06.08.08).
